TITLE: Real Estate Agent

SALARY GRADE: Commission

LOCATION: Beverly Hills

POSITION SUMMARY:

PSL REALTY is looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic individuals who currently possess a real estate license, or are willing and able to obtain a real estate license, to become part of a new, innovative and growing real estate brokerage firm. We are looking for individuals who possess both a passion for real estate as well as an eye for creativity who can help the company flourish.

The position is commission only.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree Level: Bachelor’s required; Masters preferred
  • Desired Major(s): Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Management Consulting, Finance, Accounting & Economics
  • Preferred Licensure: California Real Estate License (Not required)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with organizational skills and sound decision-making ability
  • Ability to multi-task and meet multiple clients’ needs
  • Ability to network and build business as a real estate agent
  • Ability to interact professionally in person, via email and over the phone with clients and management
  • Basic computer skills (MS Windows, Outlook, Excel, Explorer)
